How much luggage can each passenger bring?

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one small bag. For larger groups with extra luggage please tell us when you request a quote so we can allocate space or a trailer.

What is included in an airport transfer booking?

Price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and standard waiting time at the airport. Meet and greet and assistance with luggage are available on request for an additional fee.

How do deposits and cancellations work?

We don't ask for a deposit up front. Full cancellation terms are provided at booking and on our terms page.

Can you accommodate flight delays or early arrivals?

Yes. For airport transfers we monitor flight times and adjust pickup if your flight is delayed. Please provide your flight number when booking so we can track changes.

Are child seats and booster seats available?

Child seats and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the ages of children when you book so we can fit the correct seats and comply with safety regulations.

Is the 8 seater accessible for passengers with reduced mobility?

Our 8 seater can accommodate some mobility needs but is not a full wheelchair accessible vehicle. Contact us with details of mobility requirements and we will advise the best vehicle option.

How long will the driver wait at the pickup point?

For prebooked pickups drivers will wait the standard time shown in your booking confirmation. Additional waiting time may incur a charge; details are provided at booking.

How do I change or amend my booking?

To change your booking contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and any fare difference or amendment fee shown in your confirmation.

We kindly ask that our passengers limit themselves to one suitcase per person. The standard suitcase size should not exceed 80cm x 45cm x 25cm, and 20kgs in weight. If you have larger or heavier suitcases, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
